  The Non-Partisan Resolution, in effect and amended as needed numerous times since 1930, governs the nonpartisan election system in Scarsdale and conducts the Citizens Nominating Committee annual election of nominators who select candidates for election to the offices of Village Mayor, Village Trustees and Village Justice.
